These Terms & Conditions govern the use of NovaTech’s website and the services we provide. By engaging NovaTech, approving a proposal, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
NovaTech operates from Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan and works with clients internationally.
1. Services & Project Scope
NovaTech provides digital services including website development, eCommerce, SEO and digital marketing, branding, design and creative services.
The exact scope, deliverables, pricing and requirements of each project will be defined through the relevant proposal, quotation, invoice or written agreement.
Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional cost and time.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals, access credentials and other materials required to complete the project.
Delays in providing required information or feedback may affect the agreed delivery timeline.
Clients must ensure that any content, images, trademarks or materials they provide are legally permitted for use.
3. Revisions & Changes
Revisions are handled according to the scope agreed for each project.
Major changes, additional features, redesign requests or work outside the original agreement may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
4. Timelines & Delivery
Estimated timelines depend on project complexity, client feedback, availability of content and third-party services.
NovaTech will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines, but timelines may change where delays occur outside our reasonable control.
5. Payments
Payment terms, deposits, milestones and final balances may vary depending on the project and will be communicated before work begins.
NovaTech may accept online or offline payments.
Work may be paused or delivery withheld where agreed payments remain outstanding.
Additional payment conditions may also be covered under our separate Payment Terms.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of the final approved project deliverables transfers to the client after all agreed payments have been received.
NovaTech retains ownership of internal methods, reusable components, development techniques, tools and pre-existing intellectual property.
Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock assets, software or licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.
7. Third-Party Services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms, hosting providers, plugins, payment gateways, APIs, advertising platforms or other external services.
NovaTech is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, account restrictions, policy changes or failures caused by independent third-party providers.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the stage of the project and the work already completed.
Payments covering completed work, purchased licences, third-party costs or resources already committed to a project may be non-refundable.
Any applicable refund or cancellation arrangement will be assessed based on the individual project agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
NovaTech aims to provide reliable and professional services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific search rankings, advertising results, sales levels or other outcomes affected by external factors.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NovaTech will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or third-party platforms.
10. Confidentiality & Privacy
We aim to handle confidential project information responsibly and will not intentionally disclose private client information except where required to provide services, comply with law or where permission has been given.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
NovaTech may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, business practices or legal requirements change.
The latest version will display the updated Effective Date.
