Payment Terms
Effective Date: August 20, 2026
These Payment Terms explain how payments, deposits, invoices and outstanding balances are handled when working with NovaTech.
NovaTech operates from Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan and works with clients locally and internationally.
1. Payment Structure
Payment terms may vary depending on the project, service, scope and agreement with the client.
Payments may be structured as:
- Advance or deposit payments
- Milestone-based payments
- Partial payments
- Final balance payments
- Full upfront payment where agreed
The applicable payment schedule will be communicated through a proposal, quotation, invoice or written agreement.
2. Payment Methods
NovaTech may accept online or offline payments depending on the project and client location.
Available payment methods may be communicated directly before payment is required.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that payment details and transaction information are accurate.
3. Deposits & Project Start
Where a deposit or advance payment is required, work may begin only after the agreed payment has been received or confirmed.
Deposits may be used to reserve project time, begin planning, purchase required resources or start agreed work.
4. Milestones & Final Payment
For milestone-based projects, payments must be made according to the agreed project stages.
The final balance may be required before:
- Final website or project handover
- Transfer of completed deliverables
- Release of final files
- Launch or migration
- Transfer of applicable ownership rights
unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Late or Outstanding Payments
If an agreed payment becomes overdue, NovaTech may pause work, delay delivery or withhold final deliverables until the outstanding amount is resolved.
Any resulting delay may affect the original project timeline.
6. Additional Work & Costs
Work outside the originally agreed scope may require additional payment.
This may include additional features, revisions, content, integrations, licences, third-party services or other requested work not included in the original agreement.
Any significant additional cost will be communicated before proceeding.
7. Third-Party Fees
Some projects may require third-party services such as domains, software, plugins, subscriptions, advertising platforms, licences or other external tools.
Unless specifically included in the agreed project price, these costs may be charged separately or paid directly by the client.
Third-party fees are subject to the provider’s own pricing and policies.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the project stage, work already completed and costs already committed.
Payments covering completed work, purchased licences, external services or other non-recoverable project expenses may be non-refundable.
Any applicable refund or cancellation arrangement will be reviewed based on the relevant project agreement.
9. Transaction Fees & Currency
Clients may be responsible for payment gateway charges, bank fees, currency conversion fees or other transaction costs where applicable.
The agreed invoice amount must be received in full unless otherwise agreed.
10. Payment Confirmation
A payment will generally be considered complete once the funds have been successfully received or confirmed by NovaTech.
Clients may be asked to provide a transaction reference or payment confirmation where necessary.
11. Changes to These Terms
NovaTech may update these Payment Terms as our services, payment methods or business practices change.
The latest version will display the updated Effective Date.
